This includes:

• 6 days surfing tuition with transport to and from the beach, as well as all necessary surf equipment.
• 5 video correction sessions with tutoring
• Surf forecasting and water safety tutorial
• Daily yoga practice at our surf camp or at the beach. (Monday to Saturday)
• Free use of our surf camp facilities
• Guided tours to Sintra and walking trails
• Transportation to and from Cascais city.

As part of the Surf and Yoga program we can provide you with accommodation at our surf camp at no extra cost, as well as offering you an exotic healthy vegetarian and biological based energy diet.

Our program runs from Sunday to Saturday.
